1) Primary Market Research Manager

  • Manages primary market research analysis and provides analytical support and recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Analyzes commercial and market information, and vendor management.
  • At least three years of primary market research experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech setting.
  • Background managing market research projects.
  • Experience in secondary market research and competitive intelligence.


2) Study Coordinator

  • Supporting members of a Disease Biology team in the initiation, execution, and management of studies with contract research organizations (CROs)
  • In particular, this individual would facilitate protocol development, define contracts for associated studies, process protocol changes and amendments as appropriate, manage study logistics including sample handling and shipment, and track timelines, deliverables, and payments.
  • Previous experience in the review and revision of study protocols and associated contracts. Experience tracking timelines, deliverables, and payments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and expertise in maintenance and revision of spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Previous experience in the identification and evaluation of CROs.


3) Reimbursement Specialists

  • Investigates patient’s insurance benefits.
  • Identifies network providers, provider restrictions, co-pays as needed.
  • Documents activities appropriately in progress notes.
  • Pursue product coverage for patients in accordance with the payor’s authorization requirements within the department’s established performance criteria.
  • Create written communication to customers regarding reimbursement status.
  • Maintains payor profiles by recording payor specific data promptly into the system.
  • Proficient in all aspects of reimbursement (i.e. benefit investigation, payor reimbursement policies).
  • Excellent investigational and analytical skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal format.
  • Demonstrates effective problem solving and excellent customer service. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with Medicare Part B & Medicare Part D specifically listed on resume.
  • Evidence of thorough knowledge of the public & private payer landscapes.

4) Case Managers

  • Provides customer focused reimbursement support to patients, distributors, physicians and internal sales force.
  • Educates, informs, and assists patients and providers to navigate through the reimbursement process.
  • Identifies barriers to reimbursement and continually identifies and recommends program efficiencies to the team to promote high quality of work.
  • Identifies and facilitates referrals to alternative coverage options and financial assistance programs for patients who are under insured or require copy assistance.

5) Help Desk II

  • A seasoned Tier 3 Help Desk Technician’s to handle and resolve escalated Helpdesk I/II issues.
  • Extremely customer service oriented and has a high sense of urgency when working through complicated computer related issues.
  • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
  • Analyze recurring issues and find ways to remediate/resolve/improve.
  • Find ways to streamline Helpdesk processes to work more effectively/efficiently.
  • Record, track and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all decisions and actions taken through to final resolution.
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
  • Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
