As part of a workforce solution for the Life Science industry, Compass quickly assembled a team of top professionals for their client, a leading Biopharmaceutical company in the Bay Area. This project was focused on supporting the client’s spectrum of products and the increased volume of assistance needed to help patients gain access to life changing medication.
As part of Compass’ onboarding process, they provide in-depth guidance and knowledge for the roles they assist with, this ensures that their consultants are set for success from the start. In addition, through the Meet and Greet, Compass offered a platform for the new project team colleagues to meet before the project began.
