How Compass Consulting originated.

Having held a variety of leadership positions at large BioPharma companies, Brett Forrest frequently relied on outside consulting firms to provide the help he needed to complete critical projects on time and execute business strategies.

Often, the firms he worked with were unable to provide the specific skill set or industry operating experience he required to reach his business goals. He decided to launch his own company – one dedicated to providing specialized talent when and where clients need it.
